Wear red

This touch close to my "heart", because heart disease runs in the woman of my family, I get my EKG around every 6 weeks, I been doing this for the past 2 years, they haven't seen any problems just that my heart beats slower than normal and once in a while skips a beat.

My grandmother had about 5 strokes and 2 heart attacks (I thought it was the same) and she died at 93 (in 1993) of heart failure.

My mother had her first stroke at around 70, and last year had another one. I haven't had anything close to it, just some pain in my chest every now and then, but nothing serious . Anyway I just hope we all support this cause

Scripture of the Day

"Bring ye all the tithes
into the storehouse, that
there may be meat in mine house,
and prove me now herewith,
saith the Lord of hosts;
if I will not open you the
windows of heaven, and pour
you out a blessing, that
there shall not be room enough
to receive it
